Seafood Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Handful of Shredded Bacon
One Onion, sliced
Garlic, chopped
One handful of scallops
Some calamari rings
One handful of raw prawns (soak in cold salted water)
One handful of Mussels
5 eggs - slightly beaten (skip this ingredient if cooking for small kids or if stomach is sensitive to raw food)
One 500g packet of Fettucine (cooked, drained)
600ml Heavy Cream
Dash of milk
One packet of Powdered/Grated Parmesan Cheese
Dash of dry white wine
Dried Mixed Herbs
Shaved parmesan
Chives
Prepare ingredients - Heat some olive oil on pan - Stirfry onion and garlic till fragrant - Add in Bacon, cook well - Add seafood - Remove cooked Calamari Rings and set aside as it will harden if overcooked - When the ingredients are nearly cooked (careful not to overcook the seafood), mix the cooked fettucine into the seafood + bacon - Add about 600ml of heavy cream (depending of amount of sauce needed), dash of milk, mixed herbs, fresh basil, black pepper, salt, parmesan cheese, dash of white wine (if preferred) and stir well till it sorta boils - reduce heat and stir in the egg mixture (careful as not to cook the eggs otherwise it might turn out as scrambled egg seafood carbonara) - stir well and serve immediately, topped with some shaved parmesan & chives.
Will update this post with picture later when i manage to get it off my housemate. :)
Gotta go back to bed. Cramps getting worse.

See yous. <3
