My First Cheesecake

We celebrated an early Xmas as most of us were going back home before the 25th.

I made:

Macaroni & Cheese

Grilled Chicken Wings with Honey Marinade

and I baked my first cheesecake! It was much much easier than I had imagined. Glad it turned out ok. They loved it! :) Who knows, I may be a famous baker/chef in the future. :p

Blueberry Cheesecake

Blueberry Topping :

Canned Blueberries, Caster Sugar, Gelatine.
Melt about one tsp of gelatine in 1 tsp of hot water. Do not boil Gelatine.

Mash Canned Blueberries in pot and add Sugar to taste while its boiling. Remove from heat, add gelatine mixture and let it set a little. Spread on cake and chill completely.

We finished the Blueberry cheesecake eventhough everyone was so stuffed from dinner!

my bestie left sydney today. at ard 3pm. called me a while before she left. i was in the ct. job seeking. :p

we hav always been best fren since AFTER high sch. which is weird. cos we never see each other for more than a week since then. until the time i went to sydney. i got 7 full days with her! hehe.

man. kinda like a long distance "friendship".
